ezSolarLoan’s response to COVID-19 – Keeping people safe

To our valued borrowers and installers:

Behind the scenes at ezsolarloan.com is Washington state’s first credit union, opened in 1925.

Because we are a real financial institution with branches and offices located in Washington, we
thought it essential to let you know what we are doing in response to the COVID-19 crisis. And,
for all those who have asked… It’s because we are an actual financial institution, with deposits
and loans, that we can offer solar loans without “dealer” or “installer” fees – unlike many “solar
finance” companies.

Protecting the safety of our employees is a top priority. We are following our pandemic response
plan, and have instituted remote work solutions for all employees able to work from home, and
this includes the staff of the ezSolarLoan division. We are also following CDC and WHO
guidelines for those employees who must continue to work in an office setting. After a brief
transition, our processing times have returned to normal levels.

If you are in an area affected by stay-at-home or shelter-in-place measures, please know that we
intend to maintain existing loan approvals to accommodate COVID-19 related work stoppages or
delays. And, if you are an installer who needs to postpone installations temporarily, we will be
ready to finance your projects when you return to normal operations.
